3 month old morning routine

How my morning with my 3 month old looked:

- diaper change

- tummy time

- practice rolling

- practice sitting

- playing with toys

- bottle

- nap

We always practice new or challenging skills in the morning. Babies tend to be naturally happier in the morning so if you use this time to work on new skills your baby will not get frustrated as quickly and you will have a better play session.
