These are seriously addicting 馃槏馃槏 Crunchy on the outside but chewy on the inside, packed with healthy sources of protein and fat and made with clean ingredients!
Recipe:
4 cups organic sprouted rolled oats
1 heaping tbsp coconut flour
1/4 cup organic coconut sugar
1/4 tsp pink himalayan salt
1 cup pure dark chocolate chips
*cinnamon (optional, measure to your liking)
*1/4 cup hemp hearts (optional)
*1/4 cup chia seeds (optional)
*1/4 cup flax seeds (optional)
*1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
1/2 cup melted coconut oil
1/2 cup raw honey
*vanilla extract (optional, 1 tsp)
- Mix all the dry ingredients together and set aside.
- Whisk together oil, honey, and vanilla till all combined together.
- Pour wet mixture into the dry mixture and mix until all coated and combined together.
- Spread on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and form into a large rectangle
- Bake at 325 for about 30 min
- Let them cool for at least an hour before cutting into bars so they can solidify together
- Cut and enjoy!
