Something I do each Monday is sit down for an hour and plan out my entire week! I just love to organize my life and it really helps me keep everything on track! ✔️

I’ve been loving this self care planner from Amazon! It has pretty much all the elements I would want in a daily planner and also has some fun templates for monthly tracking/planning and tips on how to improve self care in all aspects of your life. This planner has really helped me prioritize myself and improve my productivity each day.

I like to plan the bones of my week (my work schedule, when I go to the gym/what I’m doing at the gym, and concrete plans I have going into the week, meals, etc.) and then each day I can add to my to do list and fill in the blank time during my day.

Planning out your week is seriously a game changer and really improves productivity!! 💫
