SPRINGTIME SWEET PEA PASTA

I happened upon Colonne Pompei pasta and under no circumstance could I pass it up! This pasta was so yummy and perfect for warmer weather nights.

I cooked my pasta until al dente, added a wheel of Boursin garlic + herb cheese, juice of one whole

lemon, and fresh sweet peas. This was so bright and flavorful, and giant fusilli is the most fun shape.
