Comfort video games are like a warm hug for the soul, right? I love to snuggle up with my favorite video games, because sometimes we all need a little digital therapy. 🎮💙

Here’s a list of my comfort games that I love to play:

🏰Disney Dreamlight Valley: Dreamlight Valley is kind of like Animal Crossing except your goal is to build the rebuild and return the magic to Dreamlight Valley, and help the characters remember after ‘The Forgetting Night Thorns’ grew across the island causing all of the characters to forget their purpose. Each character in Dreamlight Valley unlocks new goals and missions to progress you in the game. There is no set order to play the game & you can play at whatever pace is best for you. I play Disney Dreamlight Valley on Nintendo Switch, but it’s now available in the App Store on iOS with an Apple Arcade subscription.

🍕Good Pizza, Great Pizza: Ever wanted to know what it’s like to own your own pizza shop? That’s basically what you’re doing in Good Pizza, Great Pizza! Customers give you riddles for their pizza orders and you have to figure out what kind of pizza they want while maintaining a better business than your rival pizza shop!

🧁 Baker Business 3: Run your own bakery by baking speciality goods & selling them to customers. This game uses real ingredients that you have to keep your bakery stocked with in order to bake. There are baked goods like cakes, pies, cupcakes, cookies, loaves of breads, muffins, donuts, and many other types of baked goods. This game is very anticlimactic and there’s no punishment if a customer decides to leave before you get to their order.
