Today has just been one of those days I’ve been CRAVING pizza. Unfortunately I live a dairy-free and yeast-free life which means no store bought pizza for me. This recipe has been a huge life savor to satisfy those pizza cravings.

Ingredients:

1 1/3 cup of flour

3/4 tsp sugar

3/4 tap salt

2 tsp baking powder

2 tsp olive oil

1/2 cup water (this amount will vary)

How to:

preheat oven to 450 F. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let rest. While the dough is resting you can start to get whatever sauce and ingredients you have ready.

Lay a small layer of flour done and lightly knead the dough. Since this recipe doesn’t have yeast, it doesn’t need to rest too much or take time to rise. This also means it doesn’t need much kneading. Just knead and add little bits of flour till it forms a ball and is no longer sticky. Let sit for 5ish minutes again

Then slowly start to stretch out your pizza crust into desired shape and thickness. Take this slow and in increments. I typically stretch it half way out, let it sit for 2 minutes, then stretch it the rest of the way

Place on baking pan and assemble with everything you love. I used dairy free cheese and pepperoni :) then bake for 15-20 minutes

✨pro tip- melt some butter and combine with garlic to spread on crust before and after the pizza is in the oven to get that buttery crust that’s so good at places like dominos ✨
