Gary Geraths and this book are both way too underrated! He is the court illustrator from some really famous trials, namely, the OJ Simpson case, and is an incredible artist. This book is a master class of drawing quickly, a valuable skill for drawing people, animals, urban sketching, etc. What I love about his methods are that they easily transfer to other subjects, but they will also help you develop a drawing style through sketching! When you are working quickly, there are limits to how much you can include! This trains your brain to notice the parts that are essential to include, and also that hold the most interest for you, and your particular style.
