$1.75 for Art Supplies!!

Daiso is truly one of my favorite stores. I love to see what’s new there, and love love love that everything is just under $2! There are lots of art supplies that I will only buy from Daiso at this point, because they are as good, or better than the more expensive ones elsewhere. These beautiful scalloped plates work perfectly as a palette for my watercolor paints. I love that there are matching bowls for my water cups as well. My all time favorite water brush is by Daiso. Other water brushes sell for $5-9 each, and they never last long. This one is such a steal, and it’s never leaked for me, and I love how it’s a bit longer, like a regular brush so that my hands don’t start to ache. Sumi ink is the best, and I love ink wash paintings as an alternative to watercolor. They have ink sticks, which activate with water and grinding onto a dish, or they have these larger bottles of ink. I buy all of my notebooks and sketchbooks for ideas/thumbnails/branstorming from Daiso. I love that these ones have a sturdy cardboard backing so that I can use them anywhere. Finally, Daiso makes great markers! These are two types of brush pen markers, and I especially love the one that is labeled Pigment Ink- that means it’s waterproof!
