Let me get something straight....supplements are meant to do just that: SUPPLEMENT. You should not be taking 30+ vitamins per day in hopes to cover all your nutritional bases. and, if you're bloated, fix your diet. don't run to the store to grab a greens beverage.
HOWEVER, supplements can truly help you stick to a routine, I find that adding some supplements to your routine can make my fitness routine so much more enjoyable! so, here are a few of my favorite supplements and WHY:
having a good pre-workout is an awesome addition to your routine...BUT, I would recommend a STIM-FREE pre-workout! this means there is no caffeine, and no beta alanine, which is the stuff that give you the tingles!
next...an awesome protein! I don't have a lot of protein powder per day, but I like to have fun with it every now and then!
last...I like a greens drink to use as my multi vitamin, probiotic and pre-biotic! and i love the taste hehe
