I’m naturally an over supplier but here are a few things I’ve done to keep up while also exclusively breast feeding.

🥥 Coconut water contains calcium, magnesium, and potassium. It helps maintain hydration levels. Instead of drinking straight coconut water you could try mixing it with some juice, i also love body armor.

🍒 Pumping more often will signal your body to produce more milk. It’s recommended to pump 8 times within 24 hours (every 3 hours)

👩‍🍼Skin to skin contact will stimulate the production of oxytocin and prolactin hormones.

(Oxytocin is the love hormone & is responsible for milk ejection. Prolactin is the hormone that helps the body make milk)

💤 Getting enough rest is also beneficial (I know it’s hard with a baby)

🐄 If your baby isn’t emptying your breast it may be a good idea to empty them after feeding. You can use an electric pump or a hand pump. You could also hand pump the opposite side while baby is nursing. Some also like to use a haaka on the opposite side.
