Why this post ➡️ I received an overwhelming amount of feedback on my post about hitting 100 days sober (thank you all for the support🥹🖤). Many comments made me realize that more conversations need to happen around cutting alcohol/substances out of our lives. It isn’t always due to addiction, sometimes people simply realize these things serve no purpose in their lives and that needs to become more normalized👏🏼

Everyone’s experience varies, but we can all support each other throughout the journey, regardless of where we’re at in ours. Let’s continue to grow this community together and lift each other up🫶🏼
