Not Your Basic Oreo Mud Pie

It’s our spring tradition that when the last piece of snow melts in our yard we make a Oreo mud pie. It is one of my kid’s favorite desserts and if I am being honest mine too!

You can make a super basic mud pie with chocolate pudding and crushed Oreos….

Or you can step up your game with this recipe 😋

1 cup heavy whipping cream

8oz block of cream cheese

14oz can of sweetened condensed milk

3.9oz chocolate pudding box

1 cup milk

25 Oreos

Bag of gummy worms

In a mixer with whisk attachment whip the 1 cup heavy whipping cream into whipped cream. Set aside in separate bowl. Next put the cream cheese into the mixer and whip until smooth. Now add in the sweetened condensed milk, pudding mix and milk and beat until smooth. Now fold in the whipped cream. Place the Oreos into a food processor and mix until they are the consistency of dirt. Finally layer the pudding and Oreos and finish with a layer of Oreos and place the gummy worms.
