how i store my fresh produce!

glass jars are great for extending the freshness of your produce. Depending on what food, you can use mason jars (or empty spaghetti and pickle jars!) for anything!

i put a paper towel at the bottom of the jar to absorb moisture. for the cucumbers the water should cover them all. i bought mini cucumbers so they didn’t need to be sliced to fit in the jar.

next i’ll be trying to pick some fruit! can you imagine pickled strawberries in a salad? 😋
