Jalapeño cream cheese croissant bites

These jalapeño cream cheese croissant bites are perfect for an appetizer or snack and they are really easy to make. Since the holidays are coming up make them for your guests as an appetizer while waiting for dinner to be done.

——ingredients——

6 jalapeños

1 8oz block of cream cheese

4oz of cheddar cheese (1 cup)

1 tablespoon ranch reasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 cans of croissant rolls

1 egg

1 tablespoon Everything but the bagel seasoning

:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°

2. take the seeds out of the jalapeños and dice them small

3. In a bowl combine together the cream cheese, the diced jalapeños, cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper and mix really well.

4. Roll out the croissant dough and pinch the seam together

5. Spread the cream cheese mixture on one side of the dough and roll it into a log then cut it into about 1 inch pieces, and put them In a tray.

6. Brush the top with egg then sprinkle everything but the bagel seasoning on top, put them in the oven and bake for about 15 to 17 minutes or until golden and enjoy!!
