Summer Survival Essentials

Summer can be so annoying sometimes! The heat, the sweat from the heat, the smell of the sweat that the heat causes. And if you’re like me and live in a very humid area like Coastal Virginia, the humidity is a whole other thing! 😮‍💨

This can be especially annoying for thick girls like myself. Boob sweat, back sweat, fupa sweat, thigh chafing, not to mention the many opinions of others on WHAT you should wear in 90degree heat—it’s rough out here! But these are some essentials that I have loved to help keep me feeling my best amidst the heat!
