NIGHT Skincare Rountine-Toddler Edition

These are some of my favorite products to use for my toddler at bed time!

I always start by spraying his towel, PJs, blankets, stuffies, and sheets with Sleep Spray by Baby Oilogic while my husband gives him a bath. Once the towel and PJs are sprayed down, they go into our towel warmer and get nice and warm for after bath!

Once he's out of the bath, I give him Tylenol and Teething Gel tablets. He has one of his bottom molars coming in currently, so we try to keep him as comfortable as possible and that includes a little Tylenol and cooling tabs before bed.

With how hot and miserable it has been here in Tennessee comes SWAMP ASS. And swamp ass affects any and everyone this time of year. So, in order to combat that, we add a little spray of witch hazel to cool things and diaper cream to prevent chafing.

Now, we get to moisturizing! My son is a WATER BABY. He LOVES the water and swims every chance he gets! Whether it's a pool, lake, or bathtub, he's in it and swimming away. The only problem with this is that his skin dries out SUPER quickly. So, once he's out of his nightly bath he's LATHERED from head to toe. We start with Eczema Honey body oil and top that with unscented lotion. Then, we put calming lotion on his hands, feet, and the back of his neck.

I've learned our nightly routine has helped him regulate his own sleep pattern and helps him sleep through the night a little better.
