mascarpone stuffed strawberries

ingredients :

•strawberries

•any chocolate, i chose semi sweet (melted)

•mascarpone

how to:

• begin by melting the chocolate in a microwave at 30 second intervals, incorporating in 4-6 table spoons of milk or water to thin the chocolate

•core out the center of the strawberries

•take a spoon and push the mascarpone into the strawberry

•with a fork drizzle the melted chocolate over the strawberries

•let rest in the refrigerator for 20-25 minutes then enjoy!

•a soft fluffy italian cheese!

•it has a mild sweetness, almost a nutty flavor with a fresh buttery note!

•is often characterized as a “creamed cheese”
