Tips to Stop Procrastinating ⏰

Hello everyone! 🍋✨

I used to procrastinate a lot lately. But at the end I always get things done but sometimes it's always last minute. And that's not a healthy behaviour.

Here's what I do to stop procrastinating and I've been doing this for a while to beat this behavior because it only gives me stress and anxiety.

So here's what I always do:

1. Set the goals on what to achieve by the end of the day

2. Wake up earlier in the morning

3. Get rid of distractions

4. Keep focus

5. Less screen time

6. Stop binge watching tv shows until late at night.

I hope I can make it better and get rid of this behaviour.
