Service (in my experience): 3/10

- Jurong Point outlet

- a lot of sizes were unavailable/out of stock :/

- Cloud collection only has sizes up till 39

- Whenever I asked for a different size the staff would go in for a few seconds and return telling me they didn't have that size anymore

- Most designs are left with display pieces

Overall my mum loved the pair I picked for her :) she've been asking for new walking shoes for work but my dad would yap that she already have too many shoes. She's a size 40 but we settled for a size 39, bcs she loves the colour & design !
