breakfast: hamburger patty, 2 eggs and 1 egg white, and a core power vanilla protein shake -74g protein
lunch- subway sandwich and a raspberry cheesecake cookie -24g protein
pre gym snack- 2 sourdough toasts w/ butter -10g protein
post gym snack- oikos triple zero banana creme nonfat yogurt -15g protein
please keep in mind: i would usually have dinner rather than two snacks but i was out all day for a doctors appointment 2 hours away so i just had some snacks as i got home late, keeping yourself fed is important and always always always encouraged!
