My favorite healthy dessert 😋🍫🥥🍪🫶🏼

The BEST healthy Samoa cookies with only 4 ingredients!!

- 1 cup of shredded coconut

- 3/4 cup of dates

- a pinch of salt

- 1/2 cup of chocolate dairy free dark chocolate

1. Blend together shredded coconut, dates, and salt into food processor

2. Roll balls of dough onto cookie sheet and flatten

3. Create hole into center (I used a straw to do so)

4. Set in freezer while melting chocolate

5. Take out of freezer and dip into melted chocolate. Drizzle on top for the Samoa cookie look

6. Put back into freezer for storage and enjoy :)
