It’s time again!!

I was supposed to beeeeeeeeeen back in the gym but life start lifing and January and February sucked then once I decided March would be good then the last 2 weeks of March my back is killing me like can’t hardly move. Go to the ER and boom bulging disk in my lower back!! They gave me pain meds to help make it bearable still not 100%.

But as of April 9th I’m back in the gym and very excited. Cutting out my snacking and ice coffees and upping my water and protein!!

I can’t wait to check back in and see how my body changes!!
