Acne??? Who’s that????

I have had acne since I was 7 years old y’all and now I’m about to be 22! No joke! This regime has SAVED my skin!

My PCP has recommend Tret starting off with every 4 days for 3 weeks, every 3 days for 1 week, and every other day for 3 weeks and then every day. This is a retinol, and causes purging. So do your research!! It can be painful, but so so worth it!! This is a nightly routine with a mix of morning just for the sake of it!
