Meal Prep Breakfast Sandwiches

When I have to get to work by 7 am, meal planning & meal prep is KEY to getting me out the door on time. And helps to make sure I’m fueling my body in a healthy way.

This is one of my GO-TO meal prep breakfast sammies that I will prep on a Sunday to make sure I have something healthy, fast, & delicious throughout the week.

It can easily be customized depending on your preferences - like swapping the plant based patty for a turkey sausage or bacon, adding in herbs or spinach (sometimes I do dill or basil!), or different types of cheese.
