My favorite Sunday morning activity: going to the FARMERS MARKET😇🥰🫶🏼

It’s so important to shop local and support your local vendors, farms, and people! These are the main things I purchase at farmers markets when I go!👉🏼

FRUITS & VEGGIES 🍓🍑🥬🍅:

Fruits and vegetables are always so much better when you buy from a local farm >>> I always grab peaches, blueberries, strawberries, tomatoes, lettuce, and any other vegetables that are in season! Don’t forget to wash your fruit and vegetables 😉

FRESH BREADS & BAKERY ITEMS 🥯🍞🥖🥐

The bakery items and breads are all homemade and so delicious! You can find gluten free and vegan options to fit your dietary needs - my favorite to grab is a fresh loaf of sourdough bread 😍

JUICES 🥬🍋:

I love a good green juice from the farmers market to support my health! These are so delicious, refreshing, and you know you’re putting good ingredients into your body 🙌🏼
