Each morning I wake up excited to run through the morning lineup for the starting half of the game:)

1) Brazil nuts

When only taking 2 each day, you’re getting in tons of selenium in which helps with hormone health, inflammation throughout the body and also speeds up your skin health. The changes I’ve seen is clearer skin, better digestion, and I’m not as sore and fatigued after workouts!

2) Organifi Happy Drops

I just started taking these so I haven’t felt any changes just yet, but here are the ingredients and what each one does:

-Saffron: increases serotonin

-Passionflower: calming and mood regulating properties and supports daily emotional fluctuations (great for PMS)

-Gotu Kola: anxiolytic (anti-anxiety) effects, supports cognitive function and rejuvenate tired minds

-Ginger: provides sense of relaxation, positively impacts your mood

3) Coconut Cult Probiotic Yogurt (my staple)

Due to its high quality gut healing properties, it not only helps regulate my digestion and also has healed my gut overall, but when your gut is happy, your SKIN is happy. My skin has improved so much from being consistent with this supplement!!

4) Green tea w/ lemon and ACV

I’ve stopped drinking coffee and energy drinks for a year now and have only been drinking green tea (or matcha) for my source of caffeine each morning. I’ve spiced it up with ACV and lemon to get the antioxidant effect as well as the gut healing and hydrating effects. Great way to start the morning!
