‼️ new place in town serving up korean soul food ‼️

this was SOO comforting for my stomach, really living up to its “soup for the soul” kind of tagline! OLs - ditch the fish soup and try this instead!

we ordered three different kinds of korean soul broth:

🍲 Dwaeji (Pork) Gomtang

🍲 So (Beef) Gomtang - milky soup

🍲 Naju (Beef) Gomtang - clear soup

i personally prefer the clear soups because you can really taste the rich essence of the meat (don’t mistake this for gaminess) while still keeping the soup light and not too oily!

of course, the beef and pork soups taste different but they still hit the spot and each spoonful of soup feels like a warm hug in my stomach 🫶

each gomtang set comes with a small portion of noodles, rice, set of sauce and a pot of radish kimchi. they don’t serve a variety of banchan (a bit disappointing) but gotta say that the kimchi they serve is fresh & spicy!

🫢 did i also mention that they give a free cup of makgeolli (rice wine) if you drop them a google review?

don’t miss out on this hidden gem that newly opened in Suntec City. it’s still very new so head down before the crowds get crazy!!
