JB EATS: we LOVE this cafe and you should too!

D’Cafe has been trending recently and we decided to check out the hype about this JB cafe. safe to say, we were not disappointed!!

🥤 DRINKS

easily a 5/5 for me & my family 💯 the Iced Chocolate was the best i have ever had; very chocolate-y and not too milky like most iced chocolate drinks out there! the soda drinks were interesting and came in different colours - worth trying esp on a hot day!

🍝 FOOD

• A Fish Called Toman (i.e. fish & chips) was fresh and crispy! two big pieces of fish given ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

• The Double ‘C’ - dish seems a bit average compared to the others we tried ⭐️⭐️⭐️

• Into The Wild (i.e. truffle mushroom cream spaghetti) - truffle oil was not overpowering and the cream sauce was not too surfeiting. we slurped up all the pasta and the sauce hahah ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

• Fried Cauliflower - was a bit skeptical about this at first (bcoz fried veggie??) but wow, the sauce that coated the cauliflower is sooo addictive! every table ordered this and you should too! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

✍️ some things to take note:

1. limited parking - if you’re driving in JB on a weekend / peak hours, you may have to park along the road or the opposite shophouses

2. there are 2 sections in the cafe - one is a glasshouse area and the other is sheltered. glasshouse may get hot since the sun is directly shining through the glass roof BUT also means good lighting for your ig photos!

overall, highly recommend to visit this cafe as the food was really affordable and worth! we spent about SGD60-70 in total for 4 mains, 4 drinks and 2 sides?? we will definitely be back to try more items on the menu 🫣
