One month in

I know I haven’t posted anything about my health journey but I was scrolling through my photos on my phone and saw my starting out photos. I thought to myself “I surely hope there is a change” cause I look at myself everyday and don’t notice the difference. But then at work earlier in the day I noticed my shirt wasn’t as tight as it used to be in the months prior. So on my lunch break, I went into the bathroom and took the current photos which are me wearing my blue shirt. I can see a huge difference now and I’m going to continue through the rest of my 90 day workout program. This was a 30 day check up, so I will post another before and after on day 60 mark. I’m hoping I can try to keep up with posts in between.
