One Pot Cheeseburger Orzo Skillet Recipe

This dinner is a regular in our house because of how easy it is. Plus, it’s a dinner we all like, even my picky eater. My daughters just don’t put all the veggies on top, of course lol.

With orzo pasta, seasoned ground turkey, and cheesy perfection all cooked in a single skillet, it’s comfort food at its finest (and easiest). 😋

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb ground beef or turkey

1 tbsp minced garlic

½ tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

½ tsp smoked paprika

2 tbsp taco seasoning

1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)

2 cups chicken broth

2 cups uncooked orzo

1 cup shredded cheese

TOPPINGS (Optional):

shredded lettuce or spinach

diced tomatoes

diced red onion

sour cream

cilantro
