SMOKY LINER IN 5 STEPS

Smoky liner is my go to makeup look when I am going out or needing a more elevated look! It’s so easy to achieve and I love that it doesn’t have to be precise! You can do smoky liner with ANY COLOR! I have done it with navy, purple and even pink before!!
