I want to start the 75 Hard Challenge. I know that I’m best motivated when I actually have a schedule to maintain, so I feel that this back to school season is the most practical time for me to try it out. I maintained the basics from the original, but I added new components to make it worthwhile for the lifestyle I want.

1. Diet: 2 liters of water, a healthy diet (not being super restrictive b/c that’ll backfire for me), and no alcohol

2. Daily Workouts: A minimum of 45 minutes each and one must be outdoors. I want to use this time to be more creative in movement because I know I’m not ready to step in a gym yet.

3. Reading: Read a nonfiction book that will better my mindset or life in general. And always make sure to stay in the Bible.

4. Progress: I’m not comfortable in front of a camera, even if it’s only for my eyes. So, I will start with a picture every 3-4 days and hopefully gain confidence.

5. Wellbeing: It’s not an original component in the original, but this is an area where I really fall short. So, I know this will be my real challenge.

6. God-sized goals: I have so many things that I want to accomplish, even though they seem impossible. I want to dedicate time to actively work towards and speak life into my future. In doing so, I want to make sure that I am only pursuing the goals that God says are meant for me.
