🇲🇾: SG’s IMM is better than this outlet mall… 😕

I always thought going JB was just visiting cafes, massage, eating cheap loklok and shopping watsons 🤣 but this time, i went to the Johor Premium Outlets with my family to do some CNY shopping!! This Johor premium outlet is the same as the one at Genting Highlands so we thought of giving it a try! 😋

There are many brands in this outdoor outlet mall, from sportswear brands such as Adidas, Nike, Puma, etc to high tier designer brands such as Gucci, Prada, Boss, etc.

We didn’t shop the designer brands as we were more towards sportswear and home items (Hooga and Akemi) for CNY!!! 🫣 With the strong exchange rate and discounts, it was quite worth to buy the home items (we bought bedsheet, mats, etc.) but the sportswear wasn’t really that cheap as compared to Singapore’s IMM. In fact the Adidas Forum that i took was more expensive than SG’s price (It’s on sale at footlocker/JD now!)

Overall, i feel the lower-tiered brands weren’t really that cheap as compared to SG. We spend almost 4-5 hours in this outdoor mall (it was so hot & sunny) and we didn’t even get much for ourselves except home items. 😭 I am not sure about the designer brands though, but i think this outlet mall is #NotForMe at all! 👎

⚠️ If you guys are interested in going to this outlet mall, it’s nearer to enter via Tuas Checkpoint instead of Woodlands Checkpoint (a 30 mins car ride from Woodlands Checkpoint) ⚠️
