BUY OR BYE: protein bar edition

I’ve had quite my share of protein bars, so I figured why not share my thoughts on them so you can buy the good ones and skip the mediocre ones! let’s get started:

1. misfits brownie batter- BYE, it has such a pea protein taste and doesn’t give brownie vibes at all (you might like it if you’re a fan of darker types of chocolate, but overall not my favorite)

2. barebell vegan hazelnut - it’s a buy if you’re vegan, but a bye if you’re not! the non vegan versions are significantly better since the vegan one has a pea protein taste. but if you’re vegan, you’re probably used to that taste, so for what it’s worth, it’s not bad

3. barebell cookies and cream + cookie dough - EASY BUY!! Probably the best protein bar I’ve ever had and it tastes like a candy bar 🤗

4. power crunch french vanilla - BYE, it has such an intense and bad aftertaste, so I would honestly never buy it again. maybe another flavor is better??
