an easy choc chip cookie recipe (save this) 🍪✨

chocolate chip cookie recipe incoming:

I got a few requests to share this chocolate chip cookie recipe that uses no butter, but oil instead. I ran out of butter but really wanted cookies and this satisfied that sweet craving. here’s the recipe for about 8 large cookies:

70 grams granulated sugar

120 g brown sugar

110 mL of vegetable oil

4 tbsp non dairy milk

1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract)

220 grams all purple flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

pinch of salt

100 grams dark chocolate chips

in a bowl mix together the wet ingredients including the sugar, oil, milk, and vanilla. sift in the dry ingredients and fold until just combined. add in your chocolate chips (additionally you can also add in walnuts like I did) and fold until incorporated. bake at 355 for 12 minutes, let cool, and enjoy 😉🍪
