Between social media management, editing my own content, and all the other day to day tasks I'm working on.. having a good tech organization system is non-negotiable to me. It's so hard for me to stay productive when I feel like there's files everywhere, I can't find what I need, and it's just a chaotic digital mess.
It's impractical for me to say I have EVERYTHING on my devices organized, but these are a few of the things I put a lot of time into maintaining so it's seamless when it comes to retrieving files and finding what I'm looking for.

For the longest time, there was literally no rhyme or reason to the way I kept files on my Mac. Everything was just kept in the downloads folder, nothing was renamed, and I would literally spend so much unnecessary time scrolling through everything to find what I needed. While going through, renaming, and organizing ALL of the files was such a daunting task on my to do list, I'm SO glad I took the time to get it done. And now it's so easy maintaining my organization system which has helped my stress levels so much!

This one is still a work in progress because it's something I procrastinated for so long, but I've been putting aside time in my schedule to go through, declutter, and organize ALL of my photos (over 12,000 photos lol). It's honestly really satisfying doing this, and getting rid of the random screenshots and things that have been taking up space on my phone. I'm organizing some of the main categories into organized folders/albums so it's easier to find those too (tech content, client content etc.)

I spend so much time on Pinterest, and while I feel like I am a little picky with the things I actually pin, I still feel like I would go crazy if everything wasn't organized into boards. This one honestly just makes sense to me, because I use Pinterest for a lot of inspo (nails, home decor etc.) and it doesn't seem practical to have everything scattered throughout my pins.
