This was one of my monthly intentions for October, but I have been implementing the 2 minute productivity rule into my routine and it's working wonders for procrastination habits. It's so easy to look at something that needs to get done (no matter how small) and walk away, saving the task for later. But honestly keeping up with the little things has made my daily routine so much easier and less daunting when it comes to resetting for the next day.
