This hair journey is no joke. I’m sure my story is similar to a lot of folks. You had beautiful, healthy hair as a child and then one day you struggled with keeping it that way and it went on from there. So with that being said, I’ll spare you some details 😂 In 2019, I cut my hair off completely and started over. Once I felt I had enough hair growth, I went for a keratin treatment. I had never had a keratin treatment before so I will say do your research and make sure it’s right for you. As you see in the first two photos, there is a lot of hair breakage. The hair stylist assured me that she would work with me through this journey to get my hair back healthy and she hasn’t let me down. The third photo is a simple wash and set after my second keratin treatment and there is a huge difference. The last photo is the most recent picture of what my hair looks like currently and I’m in love! It’s so soft and long! I haven’t seen my hair like this since I was in 1st grade 😂 I’m keeping my scalp oiled. Ends trimmed and drinking lots and lots of water. I’ve also used a lot of different products over this period of this time. Let me know if you would like any recommendations 💕
