It seems hard to build peach shaped buttocks 🍑 but honestly it's not; You require patience, a lot of focus and a work forged in constancy

I am speaking from my experience, no surgeries (the only scar I have is the one from my cesarean section when I had my son 12 years ago) no magic tricks, no steroids to get to the finish line faster, and yes, maybe a bit of good genetics

That's why I always share some of my favorite exercises to build peaches - Big - shaped and very strong -

‼️Deadlift{ two-sided and one-sided }

it is one of the best compound exercises, not only a builder of glutes and hamstrings, it is an exercise that burns calories because you involve many muscle groups in its step.

I like to work its different variations , this time I leave you 2 . one working full strength bilaterally where you can lift more weight and the second unilaterally; to work the strength of each leg separately ( I recommend using little weight in this variation )

‼️Good mornings : Eccentric exercises have been shown to have great benefits in reducing the risk of hamstring injury . Therefore, we could say that the good morning exercise is an effective exercise to prevent hamstring injuries - so good morning is one of them.

‼️ The donkey kick is a very powerful exercise for you to gain muscle tone, power and strength in this area. It is characterized by the simplicity of its steps, but if you do not pay adequate attention to its movements, you are going to involve the wrong muscles.

‼️Deficit Reverse Lunges : The deficit reverse lunge primarily works the glutes and hamstrings. It will also work the quads and calves too. The deficit means there is greater hip flexion, which means the there is greater range of motion for the glutes and hamstrings, and this keeps them under tension for longer.
