tips for buying wedding gowns on Taobao & Shein 👰🏻‍♀️

When it comes to wedding gowns for my pre-wedding shoot, I wasn't too particular about the quality since most flaws can be fixed in Photoshop. Instead, my focus was on finding affordable wedding gowns that looks presentable and don't sacrifice style.

Naturally, I turned to Taobao and Shein, two popular online retailers that offer wedding gowns at a fraction of the cost of traditional bridal shops.

Buying a wedding gown on Taobao and Shein can be a great option for brides on a budget who are willing to take a chance on the quality and sizing of the dress.

NOTE: While I was satisfied with the quality of both my gowns for my wedding shoot, I wouldn’t rewear then for my actual day since the low quality fabric is quite obvious in real life!
