Save or Splurge: Lipsticks Edition

Lipsticks are one of my most favorite parts when I am doing my make-up. Choosing the lip product that I would be using to complete the look and vibe that I am going for is kind of a difficult decision and step for me. It is also harder and more difficult if you only have few options to select or choose from. So I suggest expanding your selection by purchasing more shades that would work for you and would be suitable for your skin and would definitely go with almost any make up look.

With that, I decided to do a save or splurge wherein I will be giving you an idea if a product is worth splurging for or if it is just better to save your money for anything else.

First is from Blythe’s (Andrea Brillantes) Collection from Careline. This is the Blythe Cloud Tint. This is a bright red lip color and it blends seamlessly but it’s a little too less for its price because it is not transfer proof and a little heavy on lips so you better save your penny for something else.

Next is Maybelline Bullet Lipstick. This is a bold lip color and very creamy but it has a matte finish that I really love so I can say this is worth the splurge! Very high quality lipstick.

Next one is my holy grail! The famous Maybelline Vinyl Ink. This is very long-lasting and it has a very sleek packaging. This is also transfer proof but even if you wipe it with anything, the gloss or shine is still there! Definitely worth the splurge!
