What I packed for lunch:10 hour shift

To be honest I probably packed a tad too light for a 10-11 hour day.

I finally got a new lunch box/bag and have been eyeing this one forever! It’s super pricy but so far I love it and it holds a lot. I hear it lasts a long time quality wise as well. I got this as a congratulations for getting into a masters program gift to myself!

Today I packed light as I mentioned. Left over stuffed pepper soup (posted on my page), some almonds I didn’t finish yesterday, an extra water in case I finish the water in my Owala, and some zero sugar cranberry juice as a little treat to myself.

I packed light mainly because the stuffed pepper soup is VERY filling. I’ll probably have the almonds towards the end of my shift to tide me over till dinner!
