rating all the shopping districts i went to @bkk

hello i recently went to bangkok and i js wanted to rate some malls and shoppin places i went!

i did not include night markets or chinatown becuz its mostly food.

(im rating based on whether i find nice things to look at or buy) *NOT IN TERMS OF PRICE* but most ex would be bangsue junction

- TERMINAL 21 Terminal 21 Asok 8/10

i liked it. very spacious very big to explore and there are some really cute stores. + popmart, dairyqueen and lots of food. the hotpot was good

- CENTRAL WORLD centralwOrld 9/10

huge place to go, so many malls arnd like Gaysorn Tower (Gaysorn Village) , Big C Supercenter Ratchadamri , December’s . all of em not as good as central world (also theres a hotel right inside the shoppin mall) GOOD FINDS! bershka there was 🔥.

- SIAM SQUARE / CENTER / DISCOVERY 10/10

another huge place to explore, VERY INCREDIBLE FINDS at Siam Discovery . lots of cute cafes like Dalmatian 달마시안 Siam Square Block I . (but ngl the nice ones were ex and can find on taobao, still rly amazing stuff tho)

- BANGSUE JUNCTION Bang Sue Junction Shopping Center 9.1/10 selection of clothes (6 levels of vintage/secondhand goods and accessories)

expensive clothes bought off taobao BUT!! many cool shoes like secondhanded puma suedes or loafers. many antique stores selling lamps and stuff. many vintage clothing pieces some cant find on taobao!

RMB TO BARGAIN!!! they set prices like 1000 batt for a shirt, u can bargain till 400-500 batt for good pieces.

- EMPSHERE MALL EmSphere 8/10

i loved the vibes of this place. the lower levels were all rly good food options and artisan bread and all. the top levels was all shoppin and theres ikea there! many cool stores like Frank Garcon EmSphere very colourful mall with weird but interesting stores to look at.

- PLATINUM MALL (7 storeys)

this place was filled with similar types of clothes, i didnt rly like it its kinda “ah beng clothes” , gym clothes were nice but they kinda ex. some fake goods can be found here. very good for buying snacks back home! beauty products also werent bad. lots of thai inhalers 😭 food on the 7th floor was okok.
