Perfect combination of cheesy and fruity goodness!

Lately, I've been obsessed with this super easy breakfast recipe that I wanted to share with you. It's the perfect combo of cheese and fruit and takes less than 10 minutes to make! 🥰

Here's what you'll need:

1. 1 slice of sourdough bread 🥖

2. Brie cheese (as much as you like!) 🧀

3. Your favorite jam flavor 🍓

4. 1 apple 🍎

5. Honey 🍯

Here are the steps:

1. Slice the cheese and put it on the bread, making sure it's spread evenly 🧀🥖✨

2. Add the jam on top 🍓🥖✨

3. Toast it in the oven for 5 minutes at 180 °c

4. Once it's done, drizzle some honey on top 🍯✨

5. Serve with a sliced apple on the side! 🥖🧀🍓🍎✨

Just a heads up, I don't measure anything here, so feel free to add as much cheese and jam as you like. Also, I find the jam can be quite sweet, so make sure to spread it out evenly to avoid it getting stuck in the middle. Enjoy! 🫶🏻
