Truffle cream sauce was so rich and the truffle smell and taste was strong and heavy too! We get to tell that lots of mozzarella cheese was used as we would get that cheesy pull each time we scooped the “fondue” out! A piece or two of small crunchy toast and a generous amount of pan fried Elicoidali, topped with some cherry tomatoes were given! Ngl that elicoidali was so crispy on the outside!!

We chose the basic fettuccine carbonara without adding on any toppings. It comes with mushrooms, pork bacons🥓 and a 62degree Celsius egg sitting quietly at the center. Truffle oil used successfully brought out that strong truffle aroma, super flavourful! It’s thick and creamy, might as well be a lil greasy at some point too!

I love how the squid ink wine sauce makes our teeth went black🤣. It’s topped with a generous amount of Black Mussels and some semi-dried tomatoes too. Those mussels were fresh and they do not have any fishy smell or taste!

💁🏻‍♀️ Basil and Pasta House is well known for their huge variety of pasta!!

We went there once they’re opened at 12pm. It was full house about 20 min later, so do make sure to reach there earlier to avoid the queue at peak hours 🤭! Guess I would revisit very frequently if it’s located at PJ area.

Really satisfied with their service and the serving size of food too🥰!!
