These brownies are the perfect blend of velvety texture and decadent chocolate. Perfect for special occasions or whenever you're craving a touch of luxury in a bite-sized treat. It's your ticket to experience the allure of red velvet in brownie form! ❤️✨
Ingredients:
1 cup All-purpose flour spooned & leveled
⅓ cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ tsp Sea salt
1 cup Granulated sugar
½ cup Unsalted butter melted
2 Large eggs room temperature
2 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tbsp Red gel food coloring
½ cup Milk chocolate chunks (chopped) or chocolate chips
Here is how to make them:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two opposite sides to easily lift the brownies out later.
- In a large bowl, combine the melted butter granulated sugar. Mix until combined. Add the eggs and mix well. Then add the vanilla extract and food coloring.
- Sift the flour, cocoa powder and sea salt into the same bowl. Gently Fold in the dry ingredients with a spatula until everything is combined and the batter is smooth. Be careful not to overmix.
- Roughly chop a chocolate bar or you can use chocolate chips. Add the chocolate to the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Be cautious not to overbake, as the brownies should be fudgy.
- Remove from the oven and allow it to cool completely before slicing.
