Ingredients:
1 cup Medjool Dates pitted
½ cup Almond Flour
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
2 tbsp Hemp Seeds
¼ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
¼ cup Almond Butter
¼ tsp Sea Salt
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
2-3 tbsp Warm Water
¾ cup Dark Chocolate Chips
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
Here is how to make it:
- Add all the ingredients (except chocolate chips and coconut oil) to a food processor and process until a fudgy dough is formed.
- Using your hands, spoon, or cookie scoop, portion the dough into small balls (about 1 tbsp).
- Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a small microwavable bowl and heat in 30 seconds intervals until the chocolate is completely melted. Make sure to stir well between each interval.
- Dip each ball into the melted dark chocolate and then top with flaky salt.
- Place them in the fridge/freezer to harden then enjoy!
