Steps:

1. Start cooking your pasta according to the directions on the box. Season your chicken and pop it in the airfryer for 15 minutes at 350 degrees or until fully cooked. When the chicken is done, remove it from the airfryer, set it aside and let it rest.

2. Melt 2 tbspnof butter and saute dices onion until they're tender and translucent.

3. Add 2 tbsp of butter, minced garlic and seasonings and stir for 1 minute. Don't burn the garlic and seasonings. Scrape the bottom.

4. Turn the heat to medium low and Whisk in the heavy cream. Keep stiring until it starts to thicken and bubble lightly about 5-7 minutes. Don't let it boil over. Don't burn it.

5. Slowly whisk in the parmesan. Then taste and adjust salt level. Turn the heat on low, to a simmer.

6. Strain your pasta and toss it in the sauce.

8. Slice your chicken into strips or cubes and use tongues to add it to the pasta. Feel free to add spinach also.

9. Serve.
