Cabot's Extra Sharp Cheddar

Turkey Sandwich:

Chipotle mayo

Avocado

Oven roasted turkey

Cabot's Vermont Cheddar

Chicken Salad:

11/2 cups shredded chicken

1/2 cup red grapes

1/2 cup of Cabot's Pepper Jack

1/2 cup sliced almonds

1/4 cup chopped celery, I was all out of celery so l used cucumbers instead and it was delicious! Just remove the seeds before adding.

1/2 cup mayo

2 tbsp red wine vinegar

salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste Juice from one lemon wedge

Other foods: watermelon, crackers, drink of choice and cookies!
