New brunch in NYC 🍳

The Ivory Peacock is known for their iconic Emerald Bar with 860 gin options, but did you know they just launched brunch?! I got a chance to check it out and I liked it! Don’t get me wrong, this place is pretty pricey, but for a fancy brunch for a special occasion, the menu items are pretty solid imo!

Here’s what we tried:

🥩 Wagyu steak and eggs. A brunch staple. The steak was cooked perfectly with a runny egg on top. Who doesn’t love an egg pop

🧇 Chicken and waffles. I think this was my favorite! The chicken was so good and the sauce has a kick!

🥞 Pancakes. Y’all know I had to try them. They had fruit compote and pecans on top. Usually I’m not a skinny pancake girly, but these were actually good. Sadly I took too long taking pics so they were coke when I tried them

🥓 Bacon. Can’t not get a side of bacon at brunch! I also got the hash brown which was more of a grated potato, which I really liked

🍹 Cocktails. So perfectly balanced I was impressed! This place is the real deal when it comes to cocktails. Definitely get one with gin in it because that’s their specialty
